I can usually get a hfo but sometimes I can use it for a long time without, it has to do with your mind stimulation. But those loops I buy from a guy in England with no problems on eBay.
Thanks, I'll try that. Was looking for something other than my hand but haven't been able to get a hands free yet. The sensation is quite good though.
